My military experience helped prepare me for my role at Kite in a number of ways, and in particular, the ability to manage large projects across multiple functions and the leadership skills learned from the military have served me well at Kite and beyond.

This is an organization that requires a deep devotion to duty and selflessness in order to accomplish such an important mission. My values and organizational focus align with Kite’s vision and purpose.

My experiences in the Navy accelerated my learning curve on how essential it is to think with an enterprise mindset and the necessity to think beyond one’s own function to support accomplishment of a broader mission. Kite’s culture and the precision in our mission was what attracted me to the organization.
