Michele LeSueur, DBA

Michele LeSueur joined Kite in 2021 and currently serves as Vice President of Global Portfolio and Program Strategy.

Michele is an accomplished global leader in the pharmaceutical industry who has dedicated her career to the development and commercialization of innovative treatments for patients. Before joining Kite, Michele spent 9 years at Celgene/Bristol Myers Squibb where she was the Hematology Oncology Business Unit Head and led several commercial functions in the UK and Ireland. Prior to Celgene, she held numerous roles with increasing responsibility and scope at Novartis and Johnson & Johnson.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in bioresource engineering at Rutgers University, her MBA, with a marketing concentration, from Fairleigh Dickinson University and her doctorate in business administration at the Fox School of Business, Temple University.
